This is an early slip cap model number 210 with the sterling silver engraved three leaf pattern overlay.  It is the clipless model with a slip cap indicating that it is an early version. The nib is a #2

This style of  pen also comes with rocker type Conklin pocket clip and most have threaded caps. This model with a gold filled overlay is somewhat more common than the pens with the sterling overlay. These are very eye catching pens with the bright metal overlays on jet black pen bodies. The black hard rubber locking ring is correct for these pens and the overlay runs under the locking ring.
