Oversize Deco Band - 1929-32 - Model 8604C Code TRATZ - Pearl and Black. This seems to be the most common color for the Over Size Deco Bands. It is difficult to find these pens with good color. The white areas discolor to a yellow brown and the pens tend to develop cracks in the plastic. These cracks are more common in the white areas and in the borders between the black and pearl plastics.
