Speed Line Fillers - 1939-1940 - These models are very similar to the lockdown fillers. The primary differences are the longer blind cap that covers the filler. They also usually have both top and bottom jewels. The shape is more stream lined than the earlier models and they look more balanced.  The colors are similar with the pearl  and shadow wave patterns one being carried over.
