Parker VP (Very Personal) - This is a short lives series of pens. There are several notable features including a nib that rotates to allow for the user to find the best angle to use their pen. The pens are similar to the 61 and 65 in the size and shape but the cape are clearly marker VP and the bottom jewel does not have a tassie.. The nib is also reshaped slightly from the 65 that improver the durability. One very notable feature is a filler that is unique to the pen. It is a plastic and metal converter that can be  removed from the pen to be filled. This aids in reducing the mess associated with filling the pens but the fillers are somewhat fragile and have not been made for years. It is common to find the pens without the filler and they are hard to find.
