Ink-Vue - 1938-1940 - The filling system on this pen is Waterman's answer to Parker's Vacumatic. The lever becomes a pump and works a rubber diaphram to fill the body of the pen with ink. This allows the ink to be viewed through the pen. The system is used on several models. This has a globe pocket clip and is harder to find than most of the other pens with this filler system.
