I started collecting small size currency in the early 1970s. Buying, selling, and trading notes lead to a mail order business specializing in modern currency. I expanded into varieties, blocks, stars, and all the variations relating to these notes. I have had great notes with super serials, rare series, and neat stars.

I issued catalogs several times a year until 1986 when other business interest forced me to give up dealing in currency. The notes that I am selling on Ebay are the remainders of my inventory.

I also collected serial numbers of the various notes that I saw. I corresponded with many collectors gathering data on the notes that they had or that they knew of. That actually lead to the purchase of my first computer. I used a database to keep track of the serial numbers, conditions, etc of nearly 10,000 small size notes.

I do have a few notes that I actually collected for myself. I thought that you night find it interesting to see some of the things that could be found 20 years ago.
